Hello!

So, after my wonderful Majorcan holiday, I hit the ground running as the team is now in full build up to Christmas. Can you believe that we are still getting Christmas enquiries? With confirmations still coming in, I think everyone is going to certainly need the break come the 24th December!

We had our first event at The Future Gallery which went really well. The venue looked lovely with its crisp white interior and pink uplighting! We’ve had a lovely response from the client so we look forward to working with both them and the venue again.

On 11th October Venue Reservations hosted their showcase at the IWM London. It was such a successful event with over 300 event buyers taking the opportunity to speak to over 30 prestigious venues within our portfolio. I’ve had such great feedback from my venues that participated, with some having confirmed business already which is great news.

Later in the month, the team had some fun together when we had an internal wine tasting session to determine new wines for 2012. It was lovely for us all to get together as we have all been really busy.

We also had a fabulous Christmas tasting at the stunning Royal Courts of Justice. Everything from bowl food to three course dinners were available for our clients to taste as well as the selection of wines we offer. We also have a delicious vodka berry cocktail which we have created for the festive season – this certainly went down well and I’m sure will be a hit throughout December.

I finished October with another hen do in Barcelona; thankfully (for those of you who know the story) it wasn’t as eventful as my last trip back in May. I thoroughly enjoyed the open top bus tour, visit to Gaudi Park as well as dressing up as a flapper girl for the ‘official’ hen night out. Such fun was had and it was a thoroughly enjoyable weekend.
