
"The Seasoned Events kitchen produces fabulous food for private and corporate events.
Our approach is simple. We use high quality seasonal ingredients and reinvent traditional dishes with a stylish and modern twist.
We place great emphasis on taking a sustainable approach to all our events and provenance and seasonality are very important to us.
We offer a range of sustainable fish sourced from Marine Stewardship Council accredited fisheries. We don't use cod in our menus and we source our salmon from Kenmare on the west coast of Ireland.
All of our meat is Red Tractor approved; our pork is from Thetford in Norfolk and we source lamb from the Goodwood farm estate in West Sussex.
The British Isles produces fantastic produce through the farming year. I work closely with my suppliers to ensure that the Seasoned Events kitchens design imaginative, delicious and stylish dishes using high quality ingredients throughout the year."
