Our food design guru

Our mantra is to ensure our menus always offer a true taste of the seasons

With such a bounty of regional ingredients in the UK, we are always spoilt for choice when it comes to a creative approach of food and event design of our new dishes and menus.

It’s fair to say we live and breathe our food. Not only do our World Master Chefs produce new menus frequently, but we chat about them every day, we tailor them to our clients every day, and most importantly we love eating them every day, so they have to get our seal of approval too!!

With the world so full of amazing flavours, combinations, colours, textures and styles of eating, the inspiration for our food, service and presentation surrounds us every day.

Our approach to food design is modern British with a twist, which is influenced by our travels, the restaurants we have tried, the street food we have devoured and the chefs that we have worked with along the way.

We know what our clients want and we know what works in our venues for a wide range of events, be it an awards dinner for 500 or a private dinner for 20.

The Seasoned food design HQ understands this passion for beautiful food and inspirational design and is continually challenged to produce evermore creative menus. Our philosophy is simple; we use quality, seasonal ingredients to create classic dishes with an innovative presentation design.

Most importantly…if it’s not on our menus we’re not afraid to create it for you. In fact we relish it!

Debbie Thomas, our in-house Food and Design Guru Extraordinaire can create fabulous tailor-made menus and cool cocktails and we also collaborate with some of London’s leading production companies, florists and entertainment suppliers to add the finishing touches to your event.
