Seasoned Events is very privileged to be able to call on Daniel Clifford, our creative director and chef patron of 2 Michelin starred restaurant, Midsummer House, in Cambridge.
The restaurant has 2 Michelin stars, four AA rosettes and has just been awarded 'Best Restaurant in the East of England' and '7th Best UK Restaurant' in the Sunday Times Food List.
Our world master chefs collaborate with Daniel at some of our high profile events throughout the year. Daniel is widely regarded as one of the most talented chefs of his generation. Daniel recently triumphed as ‘main course winner’ on the BBC’s Great British Menu. His winning creation, a crispy chicken, sweetcorn egg, spinach with bacon and peas, received scores of ten out of ten from all four judges and was picked as the best main dish in the UK. He then reproduced the dish at a prestigious Olympic banquet at the Old Royal Naval College in Greenwich for Great British Olympic legends including Sir Steve Redgrave and Dame Kelly Holmes.
The Seasoned Events kitchen works alongside Daniel and his Midsummer brigade throughout the year delivering stunning events to our corporate and private clients; ranging from private dinners for 20 to weddings and private parties for up to 300 guests.
