Why is holding an event with Seasoned so special and unlike any other?

Here at Seasoned we are truly passionate about creating the perfect event for every client. Seasoned is bursting with personality and creativity and all proposals are bespoke to each event.

If you had to pick one dessert to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be and why?

I could not live without chocolate! A perfectly cooked chocolate fondant with a salted caramel mascarpone.

Create a theoretical main course dish using honey, peanut butter and wild salmon as the three main ingredients.

I would make a satay marinated salmon and use the honey to make a candied salmon skin.

What’s the most memorable event you’ve experienced during your time at Seasoned? Describe the experience.

I attended my colleague’s event at the NHM which was for 1,600 guests. The event space looked incredible and the client had really committed to the production and styling of the venue. I loved seeing an event of this scale ‘in action’, it was a military operation behind the scenes!

How has working for Seasoned improved you as a person?

There is so much to learn in the catering and event world and working with such a great team I feel my knowledge has really grown since starting at Seasoned.

What would your ideal event theme be and why?

Definitely the 1920s! I think this is one of the most exciting eras to recreate. From champagne towers to the art deco martini glass table centres, the options really are endless. It is also such a great opportunity to get your guests to embrace the theme with flappers and gangsters galore!
